Savory Chicken Wraps with Garlic Cream Sauce
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips, season with salt & pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cream & broth: Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine the chicken & spinach: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Finish with flavor: Stir in lemon juice, then top with mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
Assemble the wraps: Lay out your whole wheat wraps, spoon the creamy garlic chicken mixture onto each, then roll them up tightly. Slice in half and serve.
