Cut each mozzarella stick in half and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with mixed breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Dip each frozen cheese stick into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for an extra crispy coating.
Place on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Serve hot with marinara sauce and enjoy!
Tip: For extra crunch, broil for the last 1–2 minutes, watching closely to prevent melting
