#### Step 1: Prepare the Mini Burger Patties

1. **Mix the Ground Beef**: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. If you’re using breadcrumbs and egg, add those as well. Mix the ingredients gently with your hands, being careful not to overwork the meat to keep it tender.
