1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, celery, onion, parsley, and garlic.
Add the sage, thyme, salt, and pepper to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Pour in the beaten eggs and chicken broth, mixing until everything is evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, pressing it down gently to shape it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and a thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Variations & Tips
For a bit of a kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture. If you prefer a more traditional stuffing flavor, consider adding a handful of chopped pecans or walnuts for some crunch. You can also experiment with different herbs, such as rosemary or marjoram, to suit your taste. For a slightly sweeter flavor, mix in a few tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce.
