How to create a relaxing pillow scent when you can’t sleep at night
It can happen to anyone that they have difficulty falling asleep due to stress and tension and are unable to fully relax and fall asleep.
However, good sleep is essential to meet the challenges of the day and, above all, for our psychophysical well-being.
That’s why today we’re going to see how to create a relaxing pillow scent using natural ingredients and the power of aromatherapy!
Preparation The preparation of this relaxing scented pillow is very simple, because you only need:
Half a teaspoon of ethyl alcohol or vodka
in
distilled water. 13 drops of
lavender essential oil. 9 drops
of bergamot essential oil. 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.
First, pour the alcohol and essential oils into a spray bottle and shake to mix well. Then add distilled water and shake the bottle again to mix everything.
Then let the mixture sit for about a week to allow the oils to release their fragrance. And there you have it: your pillow scent is ready to use!
If this pillow scent is easy to make, using it will be even easier! However, we recommend checking that your pillow is clean and free of stains before use. If you want to freshen up your hair, you can sprinkle it with baking soda, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then brush it away with a brush.
Shake this relaxing spray well before use and spray onto your pillowcase a few minutes before bedtime. Remember to shake the bottle well after each use, as this step allows the oils to blend with the alcohol and distilled water.
