Add the baby carrots to the pan, tossing them to ensure they are evenly coated with the honey garlic butter sauce. Let the sauce thicken for about a minute, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
Step 5: Season
Season the carrots with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. These simple seasonings enhance the natural flavors of the carrots and the sauce.
Step 6: Roast to Perfection
Transfer the coated carrots to a greased baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer. This ensures even roasting. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes, or until the carrots are fork-tender.
