Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ingredients to prepare the filling: breadcrumbs, parmesan, chopped garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil .

Mix until you obtain a sandy mixture .

Take the loin slices and then add a piece of cheese and the previously prepared filling to each one .

Roll to obtain the rolls .
Step 5
Arrange the rolls in the pan .
Step 6
Pour the extra virgin olive oil, the breadcrumb mixture and the onion slices. Drizzle with more oil .
Step 7
Cook in a static oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes .
Step 8
The loin rolls au gratin are ready to be served .
