Ingredients:
– 2 cups (240 g) ground flaxseed
– 1/2 cup (40 g) psyllium husk powder
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) warm water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2. In a deep bowl, mix flaxseed, psyllium, baking powder, and salt.
3. Gradually add warm water and mix well. The dough will become thick and sticky as psyllium absorbs water.
4. Transfer dough to the pan and level the surface.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and firm.
6. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
7. Enjoy with toppings like avocado, hummus, or nut butter. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or light dinner.
