Preheat Your Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a light coat of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Rice and Soup Mixture
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of Minute rice, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 can of water. Mix until well blended.

Cooking Hack: Substitute water with chicken broth for an extra depth of flavor.

Assemble in the Baking Dish
Pour the rice and soup mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Add the Chicken
Place the 1 lb boneless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. You can leave them whole or cut them into bite-sized pieces for easier serving.
