Prepare Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, sweet smoked paprika, coriander, black pepper, dried garlic, egg yolks, and paneer breadcrumbs. Mix well. Add finely chopped onion, green onions, diced tomatoes, and diced paprika. Mix until evenly distributed.
Form into balls the size of large walnuts, greasing hands with butter to prevent sticking.
Cook Meatballs: Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry meatballs on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Bake Meatballs: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake fried meatballs on a baking sheet for 35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Prepare Creamy Onion Sauce: In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion until golden. Sprinkle flour, lightly toast, stirring constantly. Gradually pour in warmed cream, stirring until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Drizzle creamy onion sauce over baked meatballs.
