Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 eggs
50 g grated cheese (e.g. cheddar, mozzarella, gouda)
1 tablespoon milk or cream
Salt, pepper to taste
1 pinch of red pepper (optional)
Fresh parsley or chives for decoration (optional)
Preparation:

Preparing the egg cloud:
Separate the eggs.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff.
