Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your favorite sauce)
Directions:
Cook the Chicken:
- In a bowl, season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked
- Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking and stir until fragrant.
