Ingredients:
– 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate coating)
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Mixture:**
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and creamy peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
– Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
2. **Shape the Balls:**
– Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. **Chill the Balls:**
– Once all the balls are shaped, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
4. **Melt the Chocolate:**
– In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
