. 4 large russet potatoes
. 3 tablespoons duck fat, melted
. 1 tablespoon Lawry’s seasoned salt

. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Wash the potatoes and cut into fries.
. Toss the fries with the melted duck fat and the seasoned salt. Toss until very well combined.
. Bake for 20 minutes. Increase the oven heat to 450 F, then cook until golden brown or crispy, about 30 minutes.
