Preparation
1. Place chicken in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
2. In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients until well combined.
3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and cover or seal bag.
4. Place in fridge to marinate for 2-6 hours.
5. When ready to bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
6. Arrange marinated chicken in a large baking dish and pour marinade over the top.
7. Bake chicken for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165-175 degrees F. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra color.
