Ingredients:

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1.5 kg minced pork
  • 30 g salt
  • 1 tsp pepper mixture
  • 1 tsp dry garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian herb mixture
  • 1 onion, grated and excess juice strained
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp ground crackers
  • 70 ml cream (20% fat)
  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 300 g ham, sliced
  • 20-30 strips of cooked and smoked bacon (depending on the width of the bacon strips)

For the Potato Salad:

  • 3 potatoes
  • Water (to cover potatoes)
  • 1 tsp salt (for boiling potatoes)
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt (for marinating onions)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 pickled cucumbers, chopped
  • Dill and parsley to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
