1. Soak the raisins in the tea for a while to allow them to absorb the liquid.
2. Add the egg and self-raising flour to the soaked raisins and mix everything together until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a lined or greased air fryer basket.
4. Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before slicing and serving.
