1.5 pounds cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups instant white rice
2 cups water
1 can each of condensed cream of chicken soup, cream of celery, and mushroom (10.75 ounce each)
1/2 cup sliced butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease casserole dish.
2. In the casserole dish, combine the cubed chicken, instant white rice, cream of chicken soup, water, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix them well.
