Ingredients:
2.2 lbs chicken wings
1 & 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 & 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 small beaten egg
1 & 1/2 tbsp flour
8 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
Marinate the wings:
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and chicken powder. Mix well to coat. Add soy sauce and calamansi extract (or lemon juice). Mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
