How I made the glaze:

1 cup of the cooking liquid
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of honey
juice of one orange
1 cup of butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Coca Cola Ham Details
Cook in a saucepan until it thickens, leave to cool and glaze ham. I filled a small jam jar with the leftover glaze and have it in the fridge.
