Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
In an oven-safe skillet, spread the semisweet chocolate chips in an even layer.
Top the chocolate chips with mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface of the skillet.
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.
Serve the Skillet S’mores Dip with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
Customize the Skillet S’mores Dip with your favorite toppings, such as crushed graham crackers, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, caramel sauce, or sprinkles.
For a campfire ambiance, you can serve the dip with wooden skewers for easy marshmallow roasting.
You can also use a torch to toast the marshmallows on top for that authentic campfire experience.
Experiment with different types of chocolate chips, like milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or a combination of both, to suit your taste preferences.
