Ingredients:
1 large red onion
2–3 cloves of garlic (optional but highly recommended for its health benefits)
2–3 tablespoons of organic honey (preferably raw)
How to Prepare the Remed
Step 1: Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
Step 2: Peel and crush the garlic cloves to release their active compounds.
Step 3: In a clean jar, layer the red onion slices and crushed garlic, alternating with tablespoons of honey.
Step 4: Seal the jar tightly and let the mixture sit for at least 12–24 hours at room temperature. This allows the onion and garlic to release their juices and combine with the honey.
Step 5: Strain the mixture to separate the liquid and store it in a clean container.

How to Use
Adults: Take 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture 2–3 times a day.
Children: Reduce the dose to 1 teaspoon, 2–3 times a day.
For best results, take the remedy on an empty stomach or between meals.
