1 (32-ounce) bag of frozen meatballs
1 cup grape jelly
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix together the grape jelly, chili sauce, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbly, give them a final stir and serve warm.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture. If you prefer a more savory flavor, substitute the grape jelly with apricot preserves. You can also use homemade meatballs instead of frozen ones if you have some extra time for prep. For a gluten-free version, ensure the meatballs and soy sauce are gluten-free.
