– 2 rolls of puff pastry
– 1 egg yolk
– 60 ml (¼ cup) milk
– Sesame seeds for decoration
– 100 g (½ cup) cream cheese
– 12 slices of cured salmon
– Salad leaves

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into tablespoon-sized shapes. Place the pastry spoons on a floured cutting board.
