Ingredients:
800 g pork loin3 cloves of garlic1 onion1 tablespoon of butterOlive oilSalt and pepper1 tablespoon of oregano1 teaspoon of paprikaBay leaf200 ml of white wine or beer
Preparation:
1. Brown the loin in a pan with oil.
2. Then transfer the meat to a plate.
3. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the onion, paprika, oil, salt, pepper, meat, wine and bay leaves.4
. Cook and thicken the sauce a little then serve.
