500 g minced meat
1 egg
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 onion
300 grams mushrooms
Vegetable oil for frying
Butter
100 g mozzarella
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
800 grams potatoes
Italian herbs
Peel and cook the potatoes until tender. Mash in a bowl and leave to cool.
In a salad bowl, combine the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper. Stir well until evenly mixed.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until translucent. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Take a portion of mashed potatoes and flatten it in your palm. Place a spoonful of the cooked onion and mushroom mixture in the middle.
