In a bowl, pour 240 ml of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 9 g of dry yeast. Mix and let sit to activate the yeast.
Add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of orange peel, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, and mix well.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After the first rest, form small balls and let them rest for a further 10 minutes.

Heat plenty of oil for frying in a pan.
Fry the zeppole until golden on both sides.

Drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Dust with icing sugar for a sweet finish.
