5 Apples 🍏
1 Lemon Juice 🍋
160 g Sugar (+ 1 tablespoon for the apples)
2 Eggs 🥚
130 g Flour 🌾
300 ml Milk 🥛
125 ml Yogurt 🍶
1 Sachet Baking Powder 🎂
Vanilla Icing Sugar to taste 🍬
70 ml Sunflower Seed Oil 🌻

Preparation

Preparation of the Apples:
Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into slices and place them in a bowl with the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix and set aside.
