Ingredients
For the panna cotta:
400 ml whipped cream
200 ml milk
80 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 gelatin leaves (or 1 packet of powdered gelatin, according to package instructions)
100 g dark chocolate
For the raspberry sauce:
200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparing the gelatin:
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes.
If using powdered gelatin, follow the package instructions.
Panna cotta mix:
In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
Divide the mixture in half. Chocolate Layer:
