Pat steaks dry and season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Add the steaks and cook 3-5 minutes per side (depending on your preferred doneness).
In the last minute of cooking, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic, basting the steaks for extra flavor.
Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Cajun Shrimp:
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic, cooking 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from heat.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt 3 tbsp butter in a small pan.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
Plate the steak and top with Cajun shrimp.
Drizzle with the garlic butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, or Cajun rice!
