What to eat all week? I work 12 hour shifts and have been trying to eat cleaner.
I steamed 2 sweet potatoes
Mashed them up
Added a can of organic black beans
1 cup or more of day old forbidden black rice
1 cup frozen kale
1/2 cup Riced Cauiflower
1/4 cup Minced onion
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Chipotle seasoning
Scooped them with 1/3 cup and made myself some burgers.
I really love love color! I fried 4 in a pan for the week and stuck 5 into the freezer.
Eating good doesn’t have to be complicated.
