Preheat & Prepare

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease or line a 9-inch round cake pan or a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.

Stir in the grated apples or applesauce.
