Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes
Olive oil, for cooking

1 onion, chopped
6-8 mushrooms, chopped

Directions:

Prepare and Bake Sweet Potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Sauté Onions and Mushrooms:
