Ingredients
1 liter of milk
400 grams of sugar
Bread (French bread or any bread of your choice)

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

Add Milk to Blender: Start by pouring 1 liter of milk into a blender. This will be the base of our pudding.
Add Bread: Tear the bread into small pieces and place half of it on top of the milk in the blender. Today, I’m using French bread, but you can use any bread you have at home.
Add Sugar: Add half of the 400 grams of sugar into the blender with the milk and bread.
Blend the Mixture: Put the lid on the blender and mix everything together until smooth.
Repeat the Process: Once the first half is blended, add the remaining bread and sugar to the blender. Pour in the rest of the milk and blend again until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Prepare the Baking Dish

Butter and Sugar the Pan: Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle a generous amount of sugar over the buttered surface. This will create a delicious caramelized crust on the pudding.
Pour the Batter: Pour the blended batter into the prepared baking dish.
