Ingredients:

4 cups (500 g) all-purpose or bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups (300 ml) warm water (110°F or 45°C)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Directions:
