2 cups of sugar
5 large apples, sour
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons, heaped cinnamon
1 cup of oil
2 cups of flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder
Preparation
It’s that easy, first peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Then mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and let the dough rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Now spread the dough on a greased baking tray and place the apple wedges on top. Bake at 180 – 190°C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
It tastes best with freshly whipped cream. You can also sprinkle almonds on the cake. Enjoy!
