¼ cup (60ml) hot coffee (or hot water)
For the Fudge Frosting:
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
2 ½ cups (300g) powdered sugar
½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup (80ml) heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (90g) melted chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
