Follow these simple steps to prepare your Cheesy Zucchini Lasagna Bake:
Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until slightly tender.
Step 2: Make the Tomato Sauce
In a saucepan, combine the crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
