Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot…
