1 lb (450 g) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 jar (24 oz) pizza or marinara sauce
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 1/2 cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (100 g) sliced pepperoni
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 cup (100 g) diced vegetables (optional, like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms)
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
