For Vegan Tofu Sticks
Tofu 1 block, extra firm
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup, use gluten-free flour
Nori sheets 4
Cup of plant-based milk 1cup
Old bay seasoning 1tsp
Onion powder 1/2tsp
Garlic powder 1/2tsp
Panko bread crumbs, 1 cup
Salt 1tsp, or according to taste
For Vegan Tartar Sauce
Vegan Mayo 1/2 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Dill pickles 1tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp, add according to taste
Black pepper a pinch
Dill 1tbsp, chopped
Instructions
To make crunchy and tasty Vegan Tofu Sticks, follow some instructions.
First, set the oven temperature to 245 degrees.

Meanwhile, cut the tofu block into half-length slices, and then again cut half-length slices into two pieces.
Next, cut nori sheets into half-length slices, and again divide the slice into three equal halves.
Each nori sheet yields six pieces.
Now, Place a strip of tofu on top of the nori sheets. Roll the sheet, and seal its ends with water.
Repeat the same procedure, and make 10-12 rolls.
