Ingredients
Potatoes: 4 large (about 1 kg / 2.2 lbs), peeled and boiled
Butter: 3 tablespoons, melted
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Cheese: 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Flour: 1/2 cup (60 g)
Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon (optional, for flavor and color)
Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Oil: For frying

Prepare the Potato Mixture:
Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Add melted butter, minced garlic, shredded cheese, flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Shape the Potato Sticks:
On a floured surface, roll out the potato mixture to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into stick shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
Heat the Oil:
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the Potato Sticks:
Fry the potato sticks in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
