1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Spray each ramekin with nonstick spray.
3. Line the bottom and sides of each ramekin with a blend of mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheese for extra cheesiness.
4. Add your chosen pizza toppings over the cheese.
5. Spoon the marinara sauce over the toppings, spreading it out. Fill the ramekin only halfway to allow room for cooking.
6. Cut the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle slightly larger than the top of the ramekin, using a floured surface if needed.
7. Place the dough over the ramekin, pinching the edges to create a tight seal and a well-formed bowl.
8. Set the filled ramekins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to catch any spills.
9. Brush the tops with garlic herb butter and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and flip each ramekin upside down onto a plate. Gently tap the bottom with a fork and use a kitchen towel to safely remove the hot ramekin.
11. The cheesy filling should slide out into the pizza dough bowl. Enjoy your delicious Cheesy Pizza Pot Pies!
