With this dessert recipe, everyone will be asking for seconds

1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions:
Grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the cherry pie filling into the bottom of the slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the cake mixture evenly over the cherry pie filling in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until the cake is set and cooked through.
Once the cake is cooked, carefully remove the slow cooker lid and let the cake cool for a few minutes.
Serve the Slow Cooker Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
