Who wants chocolate cereal bars??
Me, me, me!!
In a salad bowl, I mixed 50g of crushed Brazil nuts, 50g of grated coconut, 35g of sunflower seeds, 50g of flax seeds and 1 spoon of cocoa.
In the bowl of the robot, I mixed 2 bananas, 3 dried apricots and 4 medjool dates.
I poured the fruit puree on the seeds and mixed with the spatula.
I placed the preparation in a rectangular mold covered with a sheet of baking paper.
I left everything in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then I cut my 8 bars and put them back in the freezer.
To enjoy, simply take out each bar as you go.
Practical for athletes!
