Ingredients
Base:
- 2 cups (240g) sugar cookie crumbs (10-12 cookies)
- 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Coating:
- 10 oz (283g) vanilla melting wafers
- Holiday sprinkles
- 1/8 cup reserved melting wafers for drizzle
Instructions

- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Process cookies to fine crumbs in food processor.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, roll into balls.
- Freeze 15-20 minutes.
- Melt coating in 30-second intervals at 50% power.
- Dip balls using modified fork technique.
- Add sprinkles immediately.
- Chill 5 minutes between batches.
- Drizzle with remaining coating.
- Refrigerate until serving.
