Ingredients

Base:

  • 2 cups (240g) sugar cookie crumbs (10-12 cookies)
  • 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Coating:

  • 10 oz (283g) vanilla melting wafers
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • 1/8 cup reserved melting wafers for drizzle

Instructions

    1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Process cookies to fine crumbs in food processor.
    3. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
    4. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, roll into balls.
    5. Freeze 15-20 minutes.
    6. Melt coating in 30-second intervals at 50% power.
    7. Dip balls using modified fork technique.
    8. Add sprinkles immediately.
    9. Chill 5 minutes between batches.
    10. Drizzle with remaining coating.
    11. Refrigerate until serving.
