In a medium-sized pot, combine the cream, sugar, butter, and a touch of salt. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick and caramel-colored.
Combine the caramel with the peanuts, stir, and set aside to cool somewhat.

Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cream cheese, and cream and beat until smooth.
The Cake’s Assembly:
After the cake has cooled, cut it in half horizontally.
Arrange a single cake layer on a platter for serving. On top of this layer, spread half of the cream.
After the cream layer is in place, spread the peanut caramel that you just made.
Then, using the leftover cream, cover the top with the second layer of cake.

In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt the cream and chocolate until completely combined.
Distribute the chocolate glaze uniformly over the cake’s surface.
Peanuts make a tasty garnish.
Preparing for Consumption:
For the best results, give the cake a couple of hours to chill in the fridge before cutting into it.
