2 fresh frozen mackerel
Salt to taste
Ground pepper
Seasoning for fish
Vegetable oil
6 raw potatoes

1 tsp sugar
Coriander
2-3 tbsp vinegar 6%
50 gr butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Dry parsley
Parchment soaked in water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Prepare the mackerel: Clean and remove the guts of the mackerel. Rinse thoroughly under cold water. Season the fish with salt, ground pepper, and fish seasoning. Drizzle with vegetable oil and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
