  • Things needed:
  • chops (pork) without bones
  • Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
  • tomato sauce, 1/4 cup
  • quarter cup of soy sauce
  • a quarter cup of honey
  • one spoonful of vinegar
  • One teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Crushed garlic, two cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • First, brown the pork chops in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized basin using a whisk.
  • 3. Coat the chops with the mixture.
  • 4. Simmer for six hours on low heat.
