Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Prepare an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving edges hanging for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute. Stir until smooth.
  3. Blend in powdered sugar to form a thick paste.
  4. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Cover with another parchment paper and press evenly.
  5. Remove top parchment, smooth the surface, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store remaining fudge in the refrigerator.
